Ingredients
· 1 cup vanilla flavored almond milk (or soy milk)
· 1 medium banana, frozen and broken into pieces
· 1/4 cup solid pack pumpkin
· a dash or two of cinnamon
· 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
· 4 ice cubes
Method
Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend again until all ice is crushed. Serves 2.
