VEG HEALTHY BURGER



INGREDIENTS

1 medium sized Brinjal
4 tblsp. Besan
¼ tsp. jeera
½ tsp. garam  masala
¼ tsp. amchur
A pinch of turmeric powder
Fresh cream
Oil for frying
1 cup of tomatoes, cucumber and cabbage sliced
Salt to taste
Tomato ketchup
4 buns, cut into half’s

METHOD

Make four pieces of the brinjal- each about 2 cm. thick and coat with the mixed powders of garam masala, amchur and turmeric. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Make a paste of besan, salt, cumin and a small pinch of baking soda with water. Dip the marinated brinjal pieces in this paste and fry till golden brown.
Slice the bugger buns in the middle and lightly toast them on a tawa.
Spread the cream and ketchup on the inner side of the buns, put in the fried brinjals, and top it with tomatoes, cucumber, and cabbage.
Close the buns and serve.
